Since March 12, Quebec has been facing an exceptional situation that forces everyone to review their priorities. First of all, we would like to warmly thank our staff, our customers and our suppliers for their extraordinary collaboration during this challenging period. It is thanks to you that we will emerge from this crisis. We must continue to move forward with confidence and resolve, while adhering strictly to the guidelines of public health authorities.
SOM responded quickly to the new context and intensified its transition to a virtual business model, including the purchase and installation of numerous computers to increase our virtual call center capabilities. All employees have quickly adopted the teleworking model. These actions have allowed SOM to continue its activities and meet most of its commitments. We are very proud of this.

This section is intended to inform our clients about the impacts of COVID-19 on current and future projects. It also provides answers to the methodological aspects of research conducted in the COVID-19 context. It will be updated regularly. You can consult it here.

We are aware that the FAQ section will not provide all the information that some people may be looking for. Therefore, we invite you to write at for any request and we will answer you as soon as possible. Your project manager remains a privileged resource on whom you can count to obtain information quickly. Do not hesitate to send him/her an email.
